What you need / Mga kailangan
- Registered corporate or business name
- SEC Incorporation No. (corporations) or DTI Registration No. (sole proprietors)
- Name of the President / Owner
- Head office address with street and number
- Contact number and email
- After approval: each branch address (Province → City → Barangay → Street) and phone
How verification works / Paano kami nagbe-verify
- Register in the app. Sign in and send your business details. Your status is PENDING.
- Back-office check. Our team checks your SEC or DTI registration and owner details. We may ask for documents.
- You're verified. Your status becomes VERIFIED. If something doesn't match, we'll tell you why.
- Add your branches. Your branches then appear in Find a pharmacy, and you can scan Doc Jen e-prescriptions.
Register on docjen.app or in the Doc Jen app
Register here on the website, or in the app: open Join the Doc Jen App network at the bottom of the home screen and choose Be our Partner Pharmacy. Both use the same secure Doc Jen App account.
